I had a great appointment establishing myself as a patient. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledge. Dr. Gross was sweet and made me feel at ease with the whole process.

I'm used to the rushed and simple process the Navy provides with their medical care. Immediately entering the office I felt a huge weight lift of my shoulders from the stress on previous experiences. This staff was friendly from check in to check out. The costs were explained to me and each procedure as well. There was never any awkward silence and I'm please with my experience. This will be my new go to eye care establishment. Thank you so much for the experience. Oh, and did I mention they have their own parking? No meters here!

Dr Gross and the staff at Invision are thorough and kind. Everyone explained the tests and results clearly and went over costs outside of what is covered by my insurance so I could decide if I wanted to procede.

Amazing Dr. and staff! They are extremely professional, nice and efficient. I’ve been a client for many years and it only gets better with time. I had a special request (baby) at this particular appointment and everyone was so accommodating, non-judgemental and very pleasant. Great attitude from everybody. The facility is clean, organized and modern. Dr.Gross is excellent. Thank you!.

Professional, thorough, and great, friendly staff. The only downside is I don’t really think they had a large selection of frames, but since I only wanted contacts and new lenses, it didn’t really affect me.

Another impressive performance by Dr. Wendy Gross and her assistant. My eyelid irritation has been affecting me negatively the past week. I almost went to a dermatologist but decided to go to Invision Optometry. I am glad that I did because Wendy gave me some great advice on how to improve the eyelid irritation and also how to maintain good eye health in the long term. I am grateful for the thorough exam I received. I am optimistic about my eye condition improving and will make sure I follow her advice to improve the overall health of my eye. She answered all my questions and did not rush things. This visit and all of my visits to Invision have been good ones. Thanks!

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant which added a "comfortable" atmosphere to Invision office. Dr Gross was professional, thorough, and explained symptoms. I'm a regular, who isn't a regular for prof offices by default. That speaks my recommendation of itself.

Superb and thorough. In 40+ years of needing prescription eyeglasses, I have interacted with dozens of optometrists -- Dr. Gross stands out as by far the best. In addition to the exam for spectacle Rx, Dr. Gross also thoroughly checked my eyes for any potential problems and provided helpful checklist for dry-eye treatment.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The Doctor seemed competent. Thereafter they just hustle you to buy products and additional treatments. I got three calls the next day telling me why I am a special candidate for a unique treatment with one space available. I thought I was being sold a used car.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years. All I can say is that I always get the best service and care. All of the staff have always been extremely professional, friendly and caring. They’re very through with all the tests. It was my first time with Dr. Gross and I was very pleased with her care. Then I went to order my lenses with Alan and he had a great disposition and amazing service. This office never disappoints. Thank you!.

Dr. Gross was professional, efficient, personable. She and the rest of the staff are great. I would just suggest that everybody slows down their pace of speech. It can cause misunderstanding when the patients aren't as familiar with the terminology, the structure of services, the changes in technology, the scripting staff are trained to follow, etc.

The office is open and modern and very beautiful. The receptionist was super friendly and the whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The Dr. was super kind and intelligent. Best experience at an eye dr office ever. 10/10!!!

She filled in for my regular eye doctor at the same location. I got new contact lenses (gas permeable, monovision) and needed someone to check the fit and prescription.She was very friendly and courteous, and checked my lenses quickly. I am grateful to not have waited 4 weeks to see my regular doctor. Thank you!

Wendy Gross is a great eye doctor. Her knowledge is impressive. We discussed the results of the different tests she was conducting. She recommended me a fantastic brand of contact lenses. The office looks like a trendy upscale coffee lounge which at first was a little strange but a complimentary coffee while I waited (which wasn't even long enough for my coffee to cool) had me thinking this place wasn't so bad after all. Dr. Wendy was great! She came highly recommended by a close friend when I asked who I should check out for my vision check up. She and Paula were friendly and explained everything to me so I understood what they were seeing with my vision. Looking forward to my follow up visit.

Wait was a little long but that can be expected at medical facilities so I was already mentally prepared, but after the wait, Dr Wendy did a great job with my eye exam and was thorough in explaining the photos of my eyes. It was a friendly environment so I'd recommend Dr Wendy to anyone in need of a good eye exam.

Ok. Dr. Gross didn't seem to have a vast knowledge of contacts or the brands that they offered. Was hoping to be more impressed with Invision Optometry and their quality of service but I will look elsewhere for my next visit.
