Friendly but pricey! Charged me an extra $40 for 90 day supply of contacts after $130 reimbursement. So that’s $170 for two 90 day boxes. I looked online afterwards and realized I could have bought the two boxes for $40 total without insurance or $5 out of pocket with the online store that my insurance takes. Kind & smart doctor and really friendly office but next time I’ll just do the exam with them and buy my glasses or contacts online!

Awesome service! Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable, professional, her and her staff break down what's going on with my eyes for me to understand. Also, she has an amazing esthetic... I couldn't decide what pair of eye wear to get and she picked for me. I always get compliments on it. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Eye Society are awesome and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Nguyen is patient and answers questions. They have up to date technology in the office so I feel confident with my Rx. Lastly, the frame selection is on point and high quality. So happy to have found Eye Society.

Dr. Kat and team are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate Dr. Kat taking the time to answer my questions and have a custom solution to match my vision needs. The frame selection is very well curated, from handcrafted to metal revival, I always leave with a sharp and quality pair of glasses. I noticed the lenses are also very durable after extensive wear. I highly recommend.

I took my mom to their office , Dr. Nguyen and her staff are nice and cery accomodating. The only complained I encountered , when I tried to cancel the eyeglasses for my mom the next morning cos it so expensive for $400 especially she doesnt have anu insurance. I called their office the next day as soon as they office open , with all the explanation about the situation , still the lady i spoke said its already in process. We left to the office late and Its friday and I dont think there ia no way that they can still camcel it. My sister called them too and told her , they call her back , but never return her call. I also send them email , again no replies to my email. I dont know if the Dr are aware about this problem cos if this happens again to other clients its not good and it will impact for their good services. They are accomodatinf but they also should understand their clients needs and situation.

Wow!! Just wow! I’ve never felt so comfortable with an optometrist in my life. Not only is the facility GORGEOUS, but she was super quick, effective, and helpful. She has a client for life in me and I’ll be telling everyone I know about her and how amazing she is! Oh and did mention, it was affordable?! Stop looking around at other Eye Doctors and set up your appointment ASAP! Okay, rant over haha

I took my 78 year old mom to see Dr. Kat after her eye optometrist moved to Conroe whom she was very fond of. So I was very pleased and relieved when I saw how patient, kind, friendly and warm Dr. Kat and her assistant were with my mom :-). The office is on the 2nd floor but the assistant ( sorry I didn’t get her name) let me know when I called that there is an elevator. That was a relief as well since my mom uses a cane. My mom said everything was being clean and that was great to hear during this COVID-19 pandemic and she received a very thorough eye exam. I highly recommend Dr Kat and will see her as well for my eye care.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!!! My son scratched his eye and I was able to quickly bring him in to see Dr Nguyen. She took such great care of him, and she even went above and beyond by coming in on a Sunday morning just to check his eye again. She is straightforward, knowledgeable, and so calm and kind. We will be seeing Dr Nguyen for all of our eye needs!

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor. I brought my 8 yo daughter in and she made her feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend her to others.

Cooooool equipment!! Super modern, different feel about the place. Doesn't have that corporate feel. More a personal customized feel. Great place, great options for frames!! Suuuuuper friendly service. Fantastic!

This was the most thorough eye exam I've had in the last 50 years. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain my options and I left with contacts that I could tell made an improvement in my vision. My only complaint is that I didn't come away with a selfie with Hamilton, the office mascot. Guess I'll have to have a return visit for that.

Being a virtually blind person for all my life I have had many optometrists in my day. You could say it was before the interwebs. Dr. Nguyen is the best doc by far I have been to, (sample size = 15) and I intend to come back and stay with her practice and her bulldog.

Her place and equipment is top of the line and knows her stuff, will be going to her in the future for all my eye needs. Frames are pretty fashion forward too, a lot of indy designers worth trying.

So patient with me and my screeeaaaming baby. Her and her staff were so accommodating to me and in the midst of my complete disarray made me feel welcome and cared for. She did a good job explaining in simple terms what was going on with my sight and had a great selection of glasses to choose from. Highly recommend.

The Eye Society is not only the most beautiful eye doctor's office I've ever been too, but it's also the most competent, kind and empathetic office! Dr. Kat does a great job at listening to what I'm struggling with and comes up with real plans to find a solution. I'm so grateful to have found someone who really cares about her patients!

Amazing customer experience, was able to walk in and get my exam and prescription fast. Would recommend 10/10. Unfortunately did not have time to get glasses but I'm sure would be a good experience either way.

Highly recommend Dr Katherine and Eye society. She was very patient with both my kids and made them laugh. They really enjoyed their eye exam. I usually put off taking my boys to the eye doctor in the past bc the younger one has a difficult time following instructions. He didn’t have any issues and no complaints! Office is clean and neat and lots of books and play area for my youngest.

Dr Kat and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean store- very modern with a great selection. Had my annual eye exams done and then my lenses replaced on my glasses and my wife found that very 'special frames' she wanted and she is so happy with her new glasses. Top notch place. Would give 6 out of 5 if I could.

I really enjoyed my time here. Everyone was really kind. They had a great collection of frames that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but they really work too help you find the perfect fit for your face! Dr. Nguyen and her team were really polite and gave out a confident professionalism you look for in a local boutique. Everything was quick and painless.
