Dr. Chiao is my favorite optometrist ever! She's super sweet, friendly, helpful, and thorough. She genuinely cares about you and prioritizes your lifestyle, comfort, and health when making recommendations for eye care. There's no one else I'll ever go to! The rest of the staff is also amazing. It's truly a pleasure getting my eyes checked here :D

Dr Chaio was incredibly nice and personable yet totally professional and thourall! By far one of the best experiences I've had with an optometrist. She took her time, explained each step and for the first time I think my eye script will be the best.

She's pretty through, covers your history, gives advice, let's you know how your eyes are progressing with age, a friendly Optometrist with an awesome staff.

Dr. Chiao was great! She's thorough and efficient. She answered questions I had before I even had to ask them. She puts the patient at ease and explains everything she's doing as she completes the eye exam. I was touched when she sent a personalized follow-up email, which made me feel valued as a patient. Her front desk staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an eye exam.

Dr. Chiao was very knowledgable, professional and friendly - a combination tough to beat! Arriving for my scheduled appt. with my wife, Sherri at the desk was able to schedule my wife after my visit. Dr. Chiao is great. My husband and I have been seeing her for a few years now and have always had a great experience. She is thorough, explains what she is checking and what is happening with my vision year to year. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Chiao is very personable and patient. My husband and 11 year old son are also seen by Dr. Chiao. We all love her. Not to mention the great selection of frames her office has to choose from. Staff is awsome and so helpful!

Dr. Chiao is awesome! This was my second time being seen by her and I look forward to future visits! She is friendly, thorough and explained everything perfectly so that I was comfortable with every portion of the eye exam. The staff at Belmont Shore Optometric are amazing as well! Highly recommend!

I have been here a couple times and I am very happy with Dr. Chiao as a doctor. However, I still need glasses. The front office "team" said they were ordering frames for me and I should hear from them in about a week. That was over two weeks ago and not one word.. My new prescription is meaningless to me without glasses and I feel they just forgot about me. They were very timely in sending this review link though, and I planed on writing a five star review with new glasses..

Dr. Chiao was great. She explained everything and was very thorough. I'd recommend Belmont Shore Optometric and their team to anyone needing an eye exam and wanting new glasses, they have a great selection.

Dr. Chiao and the Belmont Shore Optometric team provide quality service during my complete eye exam and purchase of 2 pair of eyeglasses. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable are the trademarks to remember these people by. A happy customer for over 6 years ensures I'll be back. Team member Sheri is both beautiful and a pro and knowing exactly what her clients need. She then creates an eyeglass product that generates "compliments" every time I wear their eyeglasses.

Dr. Chiao and her entire team are very warm & friendly! They are all very knowledgeable, go above & beyond and follow-through on every request to provide excellent service. Whether I have an appointment in the office or am calling in, it's always been a great experience. Office hours are also very accommodating with evening/Saturday hours. Highly recommend Dr. Chiao and her practice!

Dr. Elaina Chiao was great. First eye exam I've ever had and she was very thorough and explained everything. I didn't know of you can tell so much just from a picture of your eyes. Will definitely be seeing her again for all my eye needs.

Excellent all round. Dr Chiao really explains everything in easy terms and makes your feel very comfortable during the exam. The customer service from the staff in choosing frames was also very welcomed.
